Do customers need their own AI provider key?
No. Pufferish owns the hosted AI connection. WordPress receives a scoped site token and public widget key instead.
Where does the chatbot UI run?
The widget is served from Pufferish and loaded in an iframe, so UI updates can ship without rebuilding the WordPress plugin.
How are limits enforced?
The dashboard tracks monthly usage, remaining messages, reset date, and per-site or per-visitor rate limits.
