A plugin connection flow built for site owners.
The WordPress plugin stores only the site connection values it needs: site ID, bot ID, public widget key, and scoped site token.

Install the plugin
Install and activate the Pufferish plugin from the WordPress admin.

Create your chatbot
Open Pufferish in WordPress and select Create your chatbot.

Sign in if needed
Sign in or create a Pufferish account only if needed; setup continues automatically.

Launch the widget
Return to WordPress with your support chatbot ready to enable.
Connection contract
WordPress talks to stable hosted endpoints.
The plugin authorizes once, exchanges a one-time code, syncs bot settings, checks usage, and loads the widget script from the app.
