Customer responsibilities
Customers are responsible for their WordPress site content, support policies, account access, and any instructions configured for their chatbot.
Usage
Plans include monthly message allowances and rate limits. Pufferish may pause or limit requests that exceed configured limits or threaten platform stability.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are managed through Stripe. Cancellation, renewal, and invoice handling occur through the billing portal when available.
